EvidentialGene gene constructions for mosquito species Aedes and Anopheles

EvidentialGene gene sets for Anopheles (malaria vector) and Aedes aegypti (yellow fever, Zika virus) mosquito species are more complete than recently published gene sets, measured by orthology. Gene construction methods are compared in evg_geneassembly_bestmethods1603. These evigene sets are draft status, and may be improved with additional RNA-seq assemblies from available public data.
