Oxitec reports that "..no genes appear to be disrupted by the OX513 rDNA construct insertion". Evigene construction finds several unreported genes in this region, possibly non-coding.

Differences of alignment for Evigene-VBgene (DiffVB) and Evigene-VOgene (DiffVO) are given.
